Design/creation and maintenance of Intranet Web site for sharing information with other technicians and internal customers, using MS Frontpage 98 and IIS 4.

Design, planning and implementation of rollout routine for Davox dialler software using SMS installer and NT 4 command scripts.

Design, costing, planning and implementation of upgrade of 7 sites to new Millennium compliant PC build incorporating 30+ NT 4 Servers, 4500+ NT 4 Clients, 2000+ NT user accounts and migration of 1000+ users from MS Mail 3.5 to MS Outlook.

Design, planning and implementation of 3 new sites each within 6 weeks which included 3 x Compaq Proliant 4500/5000 NT servers and 1096 x Compaq Deskpro NT clients.

Design, planning and migration of 2 sites each within 6 weeks which included 3 x Compaq Proliant 4500/5000 NT servers and 1096 x Compaq Deskpro NT clients, without affecting the live operation of the site.

Providing Technical Support for the computing and telephony systems utilised within the Personal Communications division of BT. Responsible for support of PC clients and servers in one of the largest call centres in the UK (1000+ NT Clients).

Design, planning, implementation and support of 3 x MS Mail Post Offices supporting 400+ users and utilising several MS Mail gateways.

Installation of HP Openview for Windows onto both Windows and Windows NT platforms and configuration to monitor the LANs for 3 sites connected via the BT Wan.

Migration and support of LAN from single 10Mb-thickwire backbone to switched Ethernet hubs connected via FDDI backbone.

Migration of 300 clients from NetWare 4 to Windows NT 3.51 and from Windows 3.1 to Windows NT.

Migration of 300 Windows 3.1 clients from Pathworks 5 to NetWare 4.

Upgrade of Pathworks 4 servers to Pathworks 5 (VAX).

Installation and support of Pathworks 4 servers (VAX).

Planning and installation of further 200 Pathworks 5 Windows 3.1 clients.

Upgrade of 50 Windows 3.1 clients from Pathworks 4 to 5.
